Registration Rates

Early Registration (until 8/15) – $600 CAD

Registration (8/16-10/14) – $750 CAD

Late Registration (10/14-10/28) – $800 CAD

Student Registration – $250 CAD

One-Day Rate – $375 CAD

Virtual Registration – $300 CAD
Group registration available for virtual tickets

  • $300/ticket for less than 5 tickets
  • $250/ticket for 6-10 tickets
  • $200/ticket for 11 – 20 tickets
  • $150/ticket for over 20 tickets

  3. Select your ticket type, you may purchase multiple tickets at one time. 
  4. Complete the registration form, if you have selected multiple tickets, complete the form for each person. 
  5. At the bottom of the ticket list, you can add field trips that will take place on Friday. You can select ONLY one field trip. 
  6. Note: We will have a separate registration for the Monday workshops, which will open soon. 

Payment options:

You can select to pay with a Credit Card or Other Payment Method.  If you select “Other” you will receive an email (check your spam folder) with an attached invoice and instructions to pay via bank transfer.  All amounts are listed is CAD. 

In-Person Registration

In-person registration includes access to all sessions and social activities. Registrants will also have access to the virtual conference platform to watch the recorded presentations and network with the remote attendees.

Virtual Registration

Virtual registration includes access to all sessions and online networking activities. All sessions will be recorded and made available for at least 6 months after the conference. You will receive access information about one week prior to the conference. 

Cancellation Policy

Refunds due to cancellation will process as follows:

  • Cancellation before September 30, 2024 – refund of 90% of registration fees

  • Cancellation after October 1, 2024 will be considered on a case by case basis. Please contact us if you need to cancel. 

  • You may transfer your registration to another individual at any time with no penalty.  Transfer request should be made in writing via email. 


We are offering travel and registration scholarships to attend the conference, and registration scholarships for virtual participation. Our goal is to provide an opportunity for those who might not otherwise be able to attend the conference due to the cost; and to increase participation of underrepresented minorities and geographic areas in the Wildland Fire Community to attend, present their work, network with other, connect with mentors and learn about career opportunities at the Wildland Fire Canada Conference.

Applications are now open and will be accepted continuously until the conference. However, we will begin reviewing the applications and making awards on August 1st. The award is complimentary registration to the conference, and/or $500 CAD for travel expenses for those attending in person. If selected, you will receive an email with instructions on how to register for the conference. If you will be traveling to New Brunswick, you will receive your travel reimbursement when you arrive at the conference.
