Melanie is a Wildland Fire Research Scientist with the Ontario Ministry of Natural Resources. Melanie specializes in research in wildfire suppression effectiveness and the development of decision support tools to support fire management. Melanie has spent 11 fire seasons with the Ontario fire program in performing roles in several different operational and research capacities.
